LOVLEEN BHULLAR
 
 
Lovleen Bhullar received her PhD in Law from SOAS University of London, UK. She holds an undergraduate degree in law from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, an LLM in Environmental Law from SOAS University of London, and an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Lovleen is associated with the Law, Environment and Development (LEAD) journal published jointly by SOAS and the International Environmental Law Research Centre (IELRC), Geneva, as well as the Environmental Law Research Society (ELRS), a non-governmental organization based in New Delhi. Her research focuses on the rights to environment, water, and sanitation, generally and specifically in the context of water pollution, and the associated international and domestic (in India) law and policy frameworks. She has also written on aspects of climate change, forest and water governance.
